Yes....currently I have found a running group that meets at 5:15/5:30 am...we run as a group in pretty well lite areas. If I have to run in the dark which sometimes happens with the days being so short I have a Rayovac Headlamp I picked up in the hunting section and also a small flashing light to attach to the back of my pants. Lately when running no matter what time a day outside I have been avoiding black running shirts to be seen for safety's sake...
Do you run outdoors that early? What do you do for lighting?
